Ginger bliss balls



Happy New Year my friends!


Sofia and I made these absolutely divine bliss balls for her family's Christmas dinner, but they didn't even make it to the party because we loved them so much. So of course I had to share them with you, but try not to eat them all in one sitting (or do, and be proud of it).


All you need to do to make these delicious and healthy treats is blend the following ingredients together and roll the mixture up into little balls. Mine were pretty sticky so I rolled them in coconut flakes to help them keep their shape, but you can skip this step if you want. Let me know how much you loved them in the comments below!


Ingredients:


2 heaping tablespoons ground ginger powder

2 heaping tablespoons cinnamon

1 cup blended oats

1 heaping tablespoon tahini

1 mashed banana

1 tablespoon maple syrup


blend, roll, and devour!
